About these terms

By using clva.io you agree to these terms. The site is run by CLV Analytics ("CLVA", "we", "us"), based in the United Kingdom. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Ratings and projections

• CLVA publishes football, NFL and horse racing ratings, match breakdowns and strongest-rated lists for members, match chances and season simulations for information and entertainment only.
• Nothing on this site is betting, financial or professional advice, or a recommendation to place any bet.
• We are not a bookmaker. We don't take bets, handle money or offer odds, and we aren't paid by bookmakers for what we publish.
• Ratings and percentages are estimates from our own models. Sport is unpredictable and our numbers will often be wrong. Past results don't guarantee future ones.

Membership and CLVA Edge

• Free membership is open to adults aged 18 or over who join our list. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email.
• Members' ratings are our own model output, with our estimated chance for each one. They are information and entertainment, not advice or a recommendation to bet, and they will often be wrong. Past results don't guarantee future ones.
• CLVA Edge is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance, that renews automatically until you cancel. The price and what's included are shown before you pay.
• You can cancel any time from the members area and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. As a consumer you can also cancel within 14 days of first buying for a refund, unless you asked for access straight away and agreed that you lose that right once you've started using the service.
• Membership is for you only. Please don't share your sign-in links, forward members' emails or republish members' ratings.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We'll give you notice before changing the price of a renewal, so you can cancel first if you wish.

This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over. If you choose to bet, that decision and any outcome are entirely your own. Please read our responsible gambling page.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it will always be complete, correct or available. Fixtures, results, kick-off times and team information can change, so always check official sources.

Using our content

The CLVA name, logo, ratings, graphics and text on this site belong to CLV Analytics. You're welcome to view them and share links to the site for personal use. Please don't copy, scrape, resell or republish our ratings in bulk, or present them as your own, without our written permission.

Links to other sites

We may link to other websites, such as support services. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Our responsibility to you

The free parts of the site are provided "as is". If you pay for CLVA Edge, we'll provide it with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any decision you make based on it, including any betting losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
